AUTHENTIC CHANGE RETREAT

We get together in a private secluded corner of MALHAM.

On this 3 night retreat immersed in nature you will embrace the connection to yourself while being supported and surrounded by likeminded women. Taking part in some deep workshops to strip back the layers and then integrate strong elements of self in comfort.

Exploring what safety means to you, to be able to move in an authentic direction of growth.

Exploring practices like breathwork, sound journey, cold water therapy and movement. All in the comforts of this luxury cottage in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Recharge in nature, eat good food and leave this transformative weekend in the strongest headspace you have ever been.

Through different modalities of breathwork you will delve into a deep connection to yourself.

Establish where your stress or anxiety lies, lets pin point the source and work through them.

Over the weekend you will get to experience lots opportunities to integrate things we will be working through.

Wild Swimming

Somatic movement

Sound Therapy

Embrace the connection to yourself and bask in having nowhere to be, noone to help and just be you.

This can be done with alone time or around your likeminded commnunity.

WHAT DOES AUTHENTIC CHANGE LOOK LIKE?

  • Being unstuck in your direction after feeling like you are in the same place over and over.

  • The confidence to leave the job you know isn't right for you.

  • Laying firm and respectful boundaries for yourself and communicating them to other people. 

  • Leaving a relationship or friendship which doesn't serve you anymore.

  • Communicating what you like and do not like.

  • Finding your voice.

  • Waking up without anxiety.

  • Making decisions that are from the gut and align with you. Not what you "should" be doing!

  • Allowing yourself to rest without guilt.

Our Team for the retreat

Along my journey and life I have shared energy and SPXCE with each of these women. 

Picking facilitators that compliment the work we are going to do is really important.

Along with our new community over the weekend, we will learn to lean on and support each other.

AUTHENTIC CHANGE is created by guidance of those who have and continue to do the work.

We know our path and are here to guide you through yours.

EXCHANGE

Rooms and accomodation is done to a very high standard to ensure we have the best nights sleep. Rooms are all double occupancy. So booking with a friend or coming alone, you will be welcomed.
