Louise offers breathwork sessions that blend somatics with science, drawing from many modalities of breathwork. Trained in breath science, she provides a high level of integrity to her facilitating. Touching on HRV and polyvagal theory for you to understand whats going on within.
Giving you the opportunity for self-discovery, helping you navigate stress and anxiety and taking back ownership of your health.

About Louise
My main purpose for SPXCE - To give everyone the opportunity of happiness and mental resilience through self exploration, connection and authentic and long lasting change.
I started SPXCE in 2022 by training in breathwork in many modalities to offer self development to people on their own journey. Taking people into nature and away from their fast paced lives to reconnect and take a full guilt free pause. Growing my offering quite rapidly over the next two years as I worked with brands and running retreats for empowerment through breathwork and cold water exposure. Continually retraining in new modalities, upskilling for safety and slowly realigning my life as I healed in my own journey.
Recently I have left my 15+ year tenure in the corporate world to fully support people in their journeys, both personally and professionally. My passion for people's wellbeing and trying to give everyone the tools to have ownership of their own mental health stems from my own struggles. Having a very long sales career I have seen the stress within the workplace, but also the impact it has on your personal life. I have now realised that success doesn’t have to come with the price of your mental health.
Breathwork and cold expoaure is fast becoming the fastest growing wellness movement in decades: a strong tool we all carry around with us not knowing the knowledge on how to truly use it to our advantage.
I have overcome incredibly painful mental health phases and can hand on heart say that I wouldn’t be where I am now without breathwork and cold exposure. Anxiety, depression and burnout is not a normal way of life and my purpose is to show as many people as I can that there is a less stressful way to live and thrive in the process.
Finding out in November 2021 that I was neurodiverse was a huge shift in connecting with who I am. I am learning how I can accept, adapt and to share that message to others also. A true expansion and work in progress.
Wellbeing isn’t linear and I’m finding out everyone is different, so my promise to anyone who chooses to come let me hold SPXCE for them. I will always stay as informed as I can and integral to who I am as a facilitator.
My ownership of my mental health is unbelievably strong and I want to gift that to others now.
