This work begins in the body. In a world that rewards speed, output and constant thinking, breath becomes a return point. A way to soften the nervous system, reconnect to sensation and meet yourself honestly beneath the noise. Breathwork is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating the internal conditions where regulation, clarity and resilience can emerge naturally. About Louise
I created The SPXCE with one simple purpose - to allow people to feel seen and heard through self-exploration, safety and connection.
My journey into this work didn’t begin in a studio or a wellness retreat. It began in a cold lake after I had burnt out from the ambitious drive of a fast-paced corporate sales career that spanned over fifteen years. I was successful on paper, but my body told a different story. I saw the same patterns in the people around me: high performance at the cost of their health. The system rewarded drive and outcomes, but not balance. I wanted to understand why we were all burning out and what it would take to live differently.
In 2022, I founded The SPXCE to change that. I began training in multiple breathwork modalities and cold water exposure. What first started in 2016 as self exploration and a deep healing journey quickly became a professional calling. I began taking people out of their daily environments and into nature, helping them shift their state through guided sessions and leading immersive retreats.
Over the following years, my work expanded rapidly from small group sessions to 1:1 coaching, corporate wellbeing programmes, PR opportunities and large-scale retreats. I have partnered with brands, wellbeing leaders and corporate teams who share the same vision: Our bodies hold the answer, let's gain awareness and learn to respond to our nervous system rather than react.
By 2024, I made the decision to leave the corporate world entirely and dedicate myself to helping others with their personal well being, healing journeys and professional success. I know first hand the cost of living with unresolved trauma, pushing hard, to chasing goals, trying to have a social/family life and hold everything together. Now, I hold the tools and can guide people through it all.
My approach is multi-layered: equal parts science, somatics and lived experience. Over the years I have guided and witnessed these practices shift the trajectory of many lives.
My promise to you is that I will hold SPXCE with strength, integrity and empathy. I stay committed to ongoing learning to be a coach and practitioner who is as informed as she is human.
The SPXCE is more than the modalities I use, it’s a living philosophy. It’s about creating the conditions for self connection that ripples out into the conversations you have, the decisions you make and the energy you put out.
