1:1 Personal Development

We have realised that everyone is different, meaning healing and growth isn’t linear.

Each person who comes to work with Louise on a 1:1 capacity is started with a free 30min discovery call where we discuss a potential plan to align with our 4, 8 and 12 week courses.

 

This always includes functional breathwork and may sometimes include deeper work in the form of conscious connected breathwork sessions. We will work through an ACTIVATE, REGULATE and INTEGRATE model, looking at an all round approach to your wellbeing, not only navigating daily stress, but also getting to the root cause of triggers and how we process things.

​

Regulating and understanding your nervous system is the main goal, this is to create a better balance to your emotional capacity. Continually measuring this along the weeks, to see impactful and positive change.

 

Supporting things individually or together like stress management, sleep efficiency, anxiety, depression, burnout and ADHD.

As a facilitator Louise will meet you where you are at to create a plan that is exactly to your requirements and needs. Changing your plan along the way with weekly calls, studio sessions and whatsapp communication throughout. This offers you an all round support system to gently guide you in this process you have started.
